Structural characteristics of brazed plate heat exchanger:
Brazed plate heat exchanger is an upgrade of sealed gasket heat exchanger. It is composed of the head and tail baffle plate and the herringbone corrugated plate. The corrugated plate angles of the adjacent plates face opposite, and the wave peaks between the plate components cross each other to form a large number of contact points. Through vacuum brazing, the brazing material is fused with the substrate to form an alloy, so that every contact point between the plates becomes a welding point, which not only enhances the strength of the heat exchanger, but also improves the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.
Applications of brazed plate heat exchanger:
1. Refrigeration: used as evaporator, condenser and economic, mainly used in air conditioning, heat pump and chiller and cold and hot experimental equipment.
2. Heating: central heating, floor heating, etc.
3. HVAC: district heating center, water treatment heating, boiler heating, heat recovery, heating water preheating, etc.
