Using Points of Plate Heat Exchanger

1. Before the steam input, open the condensate discharge valve to remove water and dirt, open the vent valve to remove air and other non-condensing gases.
2. Before production should check the pressure gauge, thermometer, level gauge and related valves are complete and easy to use.
3. If the hot and cold fluid entering the heat exchanger contains large particles of solid impurities and fibers, it must be filtered and removed in advance (especially for plate heat exchangers) to prevent blocking the channel.
4. Regular discharge of non-condensable gas and condensate, regular cleaning.
5. Regularly analyze the composition of the fluid to determine whether there is internal leakage, in order to timely treatment, tube blocking or tube replacement of the tube heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger repair or replace the plate.
6. When the heat exchanger is put into operation, it is necessary to first enter the cold fluid, slowly or several times into the hot fluid, so as to preheat and then heat, avoid making cold sudden heat, so as not to damage the heat exchanger and affect its service life.
7. Check the temperature and pressure of the inlet and outlet of the two fluids regularly, and find that the temperature and pressure exceed the normal norm or the trend of exceeding the normal norm, to immediately find out the cause and take measures to restore it to normal.
8. Regularly check the heat exchanger for leakage, shell deformation and vibration, if there should be timely treatment.
