Description
Brazed plate heat exchanger is a kind of efficient, compact and lightweight heat exchange equipment, which is widely used in many industries. It realizes heat transfer and exchange by using welded and sealed contact between plates.
First, the working principle
The working principle of brazed plate heat exchanger is mainly based on the heat transfer mechanism between the heat exchange plates. The equipment consists of a number of parallel sheets, which are connected by a brazing process. The heat exchange fluid flows through a channel on one side, while the coolant flows through a channel on the other side. When the two liquids meet at the contact point of the plate, heat is transferred from the high-temperature liquid to the low-temperature liquid through the plate, completing the transfer and exchange of heat.
Second, structural characteristics
1. Compact design: Brazed plate heat exchanger uses compact design, making it occupy a very small space, suitable for limited space occasions. Compared with traditional heat exchange equipment, it is lighter in size and weight, and easier to install and maintain.
2. Efficient heat transfer: Due to the welding contact between the plate and the plate, higher heat transfer efficiency can be achieved. The brazed plate heat exchanger has higher thermal conductivity and lower thermal resistance, thus improving the energy efficiency of the heat exchanger.
3. Strong pressure resistance: The plate heat exchanger connected by the brazing process has strong pressure resistance and can withstand high pressure and high temperature environment.
